As I write in the summer of 2025, I am gratified to see the product I designed for Cleo Communications in 2018 continues to help them dominate in the Electronic Data Interchange ( EDI ) market, some seven years later. I worked with a lot of really smart people at Cleo, but none of them were effective UX Designers.
